Charitable Foundation of Moscow Int'l Peace Marathon

Charitable Foundation of Moscow International Peace Marathon is a non-profit organization which was created in 1996.
Dr. Boris Fadeev is the General Director of the Charitable Foundation of Moscow International Peace Marathon and Executive Director of Sports Programs Executive Committee.
Discharging functions of Sports Programs Executive Committee together with Moscow State Municipality Charitable Foundation organizes various athletic competitions and sports festivals such as Moscow International Peace Marathon, Moscow International Half Marathon, Olympic Run Day, International Competition “Kremlin Mile”, Forest Marathon “Squirrel”, which attract athletes from all over the world.
Also Charitable Foundation of Moscow International Peace Marathon together with Moscow Education Department organize such popular events as the annual “Learn to Swim” competition and “We are your children, Russia” sports gala for schoolchildren.
Marathons, competitions and sports festivals usually take place at famous historical and beautiful places as Vasilievsky Spusk of Red Square, Manezhnaya Square, Teatralnaya Square, Tverskaya Square, Pushkinskaya Square, Okhotny Ryad, Mokhovaya Street, Sport Complex “Olympisky”, Stadium “Luzhniky”.
The Foundation also cooperates with local and national newspapers and magazines, TV and radio stations.
